How the centre operates

APPLICATION FORM required for new children ONLY. Existing families please ensure your HUBWORKS details are up to date.

FAMILY REGISTRATION FEE

paid annually

Before School Care

- per child per day



  • Application forms for new families can be scanned and emailed.
  • Please ensure your form is complete and includes CRN numbers and an immunisation certificate.
  • If required please attach Allergy/Asthma/Anaphylaxis information and action plans
  • Incomplete forms will be returned unprocessed and you will need to resubmit your application.

​​Throughout the year we accept on-going registrations.
Registrations and new kindergarten placements for the following year open in the third term of each year
